A Mindful Choice Film Screening
What is A Mindful Choice about?
A Mindful Choice is all about showing that inner peace is possible – regardless of someone’s circumstances – all that is required is a choice to move towards that.
As people share their stories of living a better life through meditation, it will be obvious to the viewer that peace is possible for the individual, as well as for communities and ultimately give hope that it could be possible for the world.
Although everyone interviewed in the film uses a specific meditation technique – Ascension as taught by the Ishayas of the Brightpath – the intention is to inspire the audience to make a choice to experience more peace in their own life.
That choice may be to do more of what they love doing; or it maybe inspire them to learn any form of meditation.

Why did we make A MINDFUL CHOICE?
Einstein said, ‘No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it’. For humanity to be able to live in peace a shift in consciousness is required; a shift that starts with each of us choosing for inner peace and greater awareness.
